Return Details:

We stand behind the products we sell.  All of our merchandise is brand new and in its original packaging.

If you receive an item that is defective or a mis-ship, please contact us so that we may correct the situation immediately.  All manufacturer defects are replaced at no charge with an identical item.

You have 30 days from the date of the purchase to return an item if bought at full MSRP.  Return to the address below.  You must include a copy of your invoice or we will not know who the item belongs to and cannot process the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please Note:  All sales are final on clearance items with no returns or refunds available.  Returns are not accepted on dropship or wholesale orders.  Wholesale orders may exchange items for up to 30 days.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Please include the RA # on the outside of your package and a copy of the invoice inside the package and send it back to the following address:
